Rickie Allen Blair

Rick is one of the kindest men I have ever known. His heart was enormous, he always helped and lent a hand to anyone. He and Kim both.
I am proud to say Rick is my friend.

The first time I met Rick he had me in stitches. That's just how he was, he loved to tell jokes and stories to make people laugh. He was a good man with a heart of gold. I was proud to call him my nephew.

I knew Rick when he was an officer for the Tahlequah Police Department. Always liked him. Haven't been around him in several years. He was a good officer...

I had the pleasure of taking care of Rick, he was always strong, independent, and grateful for the care I provided for him. I was saddened to hear of his passing. I'm praying for strength, comfort and peace that passes understanding for his family and friends.
