Rick was a longtime friend of mine that will be painfully missed. He is the only person I ever let put an exhaust on my hot rod 55 Chevy for more than 30 years. His knowledge will be missed and his smile will go on forever. Everytime I hear a nice hot rod exhaust, I will think of him. I pray for his family in their time of need. I will miss you my friend.

Worked with Rick for some time at Patriot. Wealth of knowledge, and a great help. Rick rebuilt a tool, never charged a dime. Thank you Rick for all you did for me.

Rick was always a very nice and honest man to deal with a talented mechanic and knew how to make your ride better but what is really an important measure of a man is he was a good family man loved by his family and isn't that what it is all about . We have lost a car guy here in Fort Wayne but as he drives through the gates of Saint peters rest assure there will definately be a reserved space in heaven for him . Nice to have known him and God rest his eternal soul and if you always remember him he will never die in your hearts

I have known Rick for over 35 years. He was always willing to try something new, and could usually get his boats to work lnspite of all of us trying to beat him. His name was Ricky, but Gus Dolsen put a "T" in front of his name on his front license plate, creating the affectionate nickname "Tricky".i will miss you Tricky.

We were friends for 30 years and had a great time.Your life was to short but I know one thing we will meet up again.

We had many conversations over the phone. You taught me so much! The two boats I bought from you will never be sold, but will remind me of you every time I look at them. Still hard to beleive your gone but never forgotten. Rest in Pease Rick. A freind always! Till we meet again my friend.

Rick, I'm going to miss you buddy. I enjoyed seeing you in person or just talking on the phone. You were a great help to me in July at the Celina race and many times before that.
