I am so sorry for your loss. Unreal that a life can be cut so short for someone so young. Hugs to the family.

This goes back to middle school days, my name is Ronomus Revey well (Plaster) at the time and as I was playing basketball during recess Riley walks up to me and says "you and me one on one right now " while looking up to me bumping his chest to me lol and at the time I was shocked that this younger shorter guy wanted to play me 2 grades ahead of him 1Vs1 so we go at it and he almost gets me, he was so fast and hard to guard lol so as we get done it was a special moment like I gained his respect as a good player he kinda just looks up at me and walks away smiling while nodding his head that´s how I will always remember him he wanted a challenge. RIP brother

I first met Riley when he played soccer with Alex, they were in Kindergarten. Riley was like a little spit fire going after the ball. Of all the kids that came to our house over the years he was the first to find a way to get on top of our shed and then our house. I would just look up at him and he would say I know I´m sorry and he´d get down. Riley had a huge heart and was always kind. Riley always had a special place in my heart always rooting for him. To Traci and John I am so sorry for your pain to have lost Riley so young, my thought and prayers are with you. To Brady, Kasey and Haley I´m so sorry you lost your brother hope you as a family find a little peace through the memories. Riley you were always kind and loved life. You will always be missed.

I will always remember Riley as an energetic, witty and humorous eighth grader. I loved being his teacher at Horizon. My thoughts and prayers are with the Locker family.

Although I didn't know Riley well, I have been friend of the Brown family for years. Through the years I heard wonderful stories, of Riley, from his grandmother. It saddens me deeply for your loss, can't think of anything worse than losing a child. My heart goes out to the entire family, and I pray that the memories you all share will get you through the difficult days ahead.

Riley was one of a kind! Fond memories of when our kids played basketball at the boys and girls club. Riley was the shortest on the team but managed to handle all rebounds, made all his shots and while playing defense, he always managed to steal the ball. He had us all laughing, he was a darn good player. My prayers for the family and friends....and thanks for so many more memories Riley.

Riley crewed on my boat, the Vortex, for many years in Bristol Bay, Alaska. My fondest memory of Riley was during the 2022 fishing season. Riley helped pull off a record season of over 400,000 pounds of sockeye salmon; the most the Vortex has ever caught in a single season in my forty year career. Riley was a dedicated, hard working commercial fisherman, and I am happy to have had him on my boat.

Riley crewed for our families fishing boat for many years. My brothers and I had the privilege of working along side him during various seasons. Riley’s grit and dedication made him a great deckhand to work with. He had an ability to turn an exhausting fishing opener into a fun, light moment as he would blast country music and always remained positive. Riley will be deeply missed.

Riley and my son Richard went to school together and then I had the pleasure of getting to know him better at Ferndale High School were I was the custodian in the gym area. He always treated me with respect and and kindness. He was a great athlete and competitor.
My heart is aching for you Traci, John and the entire family.

John and Traci, Haley , Brady and Casey I'm so very sorry to hear about Riley passing. He was a great friend of Patrick's and we will miss him. In sixth grade all the boys over in the front yard and Riley decided to duct tape his feet to the skate board and have them tow him behind the bicycle. Well you know the end result was not good but Riley was determined. The death of your child is the most difficult event and Haley twin loss no words.... your grief for your twin is unique. Take comfort from your family and Wes. They love you. We all do. Ann Clemons
