Dear Brad..Always remembering Rita in our hearts. Can't believe she been gone 4 years. And Yesterday our beloved Fr. Mario has passed over to join her in heaven after his battle with cancer. What a pair those two made at St Patrick's in joyfully serving our beloved parish! We had so many laughs. May his soul rest in peace now in eternity.
Stay strong Brad. Someday we will all gather in a joyful reunion with the angels and the saints. Right now here we still have work to do in saving souls. Blessings, peace and greetings from France. Cheryl

A whole year has gone by since our dear sweet Rita went home to the Lord. Those were difficult heartwrenchiig times at the end. Still missing her presence and thinking and praying for her often. Dear Brad my thoughts are still with you as well.I'm sure you took good care of Lucy and DJay your precious animal companions that meant so much to both of you.I pray you have found peace, solace and continued spiritual direction in your life. Rita will always watch over you and us as well. I will always treasure the honorable place I took as sacristan with increased charitable duties as altar server at masses on saturdays in her place. This too I truly miss and St Patricks Parish community. Much has changed in a year. I've remained in southern France now living quietly and independently in a small Catholic historical medieval community area near family as I could not physically maintain my vocational calling in the cloistered monastery in the French Alps. Rita and Brad no matter where I am in the world now, my heart and memories remain with you.
Til then see you in heaven.

I am overwhelmed with the loss of Rita - the dearest friend of my heart. Anyone who was lucky enough to know her was blessed. We met when we were 3 years old and spent the rest of our lives together. Rita always told me that "Always together we have been." She had the kindest and most loving heart. There was never a moment when she wasn't there for me, my family and my children. Our parents were also close through the years. This is how I will remember her. I think it's from Shakespeare: "And when she shall die cut her out in little stars, and she shall make the face of heaven so bright that all of day will be in love with night." Until we meet again.

Dear Brad,
I was heartbroken to hear of Rita's passing. She was a wonderful person. I always looked forward to seeing her at our Fuller House meetings if not before. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. If I know Rita she is looking down on all of us. She will truly be missed. Sincerely, Laura Berg

I only learned of your passing yesterday and my prayers go out to the family. Rita approached me one day in the lower chapel so kind and asked me if I needed help with something and if so she gave me her phone number. What a wonderful woman I thought I hardly knew her. Always smiling and such a warm person. So sorry for your loss. May she Rest In Peace.

Rita you are such a beautiful soul who sacrificed so much of yourself for others including for me for all the times you took care of me in my times of need. There are never enough words to thank you. Your generosity of time and your compassion and love was truly your vocation and even through the St. Vincent de Paul Society who has lost a valiant and supportive missionary. You are the epitome of the words that ring so true here when Our Lord meets us: " Welcome home, my good and faithful servant." I will miss your presence and dedication as Sacristan and Altar Server at every Saturday noon Mass but I will continue the faithful tradition in your honor knowing you are always there with us. Our Prayer Group Community will miss your spiritual presence. Dear Brad, please stay strong and know we are always there for you. You were a matched set in your support. Our consolement is that there is no more suffering and no more pain. Rita you are free amidst the angels and walking with the saints and at peace now. Watch over us now to intercede on our behalf. Till we meet again.

It is with great sorrow and a heavy heart that I carry today with the passing our dear friend Rita. Rita served as a Board of Director for the Fuller House for many years. The Fuller House was only one of the many volunteer roles that Rita held. Her life was spent caring and serving others as well as being a devoted and loving friend to many. Words can not adequately express how much she meant to us all and how deeply we will miss her. I will miss her smiling face walking in to greet us and all the kindness that she gave us. Rest in Peace sweet Rita.
