So Sorry to hear about the passing of your mom. I have fond memories of sitting at your counter with high school friends while Mrs. K held court in the middle of her kitchen treating us to many plates of her delicious food. She was a wonderful woman. My thoughts are with you and your family.

Rita was indeed a lively, classy, beautiful spirit in our neighborhood. A marvelous cook, we as neighbors, always looked forward to her legendary tomato sauce which she so graciously delivered at holiday time. Rita took the greatest pride in caring for her extensive family. She had such an uplifting, positive outlook which was infectious while one was in her midst. Let that be her legacy to all who were fortunate to know and love her.
Hold on to all the wonderful memories of happy times you have of Rita and of Nish - these thoughts will keep you strong and always be a source of comfort.

Every so often you get blessed by meeting someone who you connect with almost instantly. You find in them a bond and a friendship that is hard to explain to others. I found that in Rita when I began working in Brockton several years ago. Rita, I am a better person for having known you and I will miss you. Thank you for being my friend.
