Although Rita was physically 83, her wit and character was 33. A more exuberant women I have not met. She was full of energy, good advice and was a fine example for young women. I will sorely miss her kindness and positive thinking at the Randolph Women's Club.

I knew Rita as "Gail's mother" and saw her most recently in San Francisco in February 2011. My favorite memory of her is when she was telling the story about the time she almost drove the car into the ocean (or maybe it was a bay) when returning from vacation. You had to laugh with her.
My thoughts are with her family.
