Rito Sevilla Obituary
In December 1, 1969, he married his beautiful and devoted wife, Anita Marquez Sevilla, and together had six children. Rito and Anita celebrated their 43rd wedding anniversary last December in Virginia.
Rito and his family immigrated to the United States in December 1984 and lived in Oak Harbor, WA for nineteen years prior to living to Everett, WA. Rito was a hardworking man who worked in Oak Harbor and Mount Vernon. He was very devoted and sacrificed much for his family.
Some of Rito's favorite pastimes and treasured memories were fixing cars, fishing, and playing mahjong with his children, grandchildren and extended family. He and Anita take pleasure in spending quality time with family and traveling, and he especially loved visiting his homeland in the Philippines.
On June 21, 2013, Rito passed away peacefully at home, surrounded with comfort and devotion from his wife, children, and grandchildren. Rito leaves a legacy of love, strength, loyalty and stewardship. He was 80 years old.
Rito will be deeply missed and always treasured by his loving family. He is survived by his wife Anita Sevilla, and his children Rowena Sevilla-Aldana, Hilda Esposito, Gerry Sevilla, Brenda Sevilla-Miranda, Myra Sevilla and Liz Sevilla; Benes Aldana, Anthony Esposito, Roel Miranda and Jay Cross; grandchildren Ehrik Aldana, Meah Cross Sevilla, Alivia Bobbitt, Nikolas Esposito, Jasmine Bobbitt, and Samantha Esposito; and siblings Angela Martinez, Leonarda Mamales, Rita Caldwell, and Fr. Dennis Sevilla, in addition to his extended family and friends.

Brenda, losing a parent leaves a hole in the heart as well as the family circle. I so enjoyed seeing the pictures of happy times for your father. A death certificate signifies a passing. Pictures show how someone has lived. My thoughts are with you and your family as you face your loss. Nancy

Our heartfelt condolences on the loss of Uncle Rito. May your love for each other give you strength during this most difficult time. What a lovely gathering last month to celebrate Uncle's 80th birthday at the beach house at Keystone beach, with the special surprise visit from grandson Ehrik and his a cappella choir from Yale to serenade Uncle and his guests!
Uncle has now joined the majong and smelt fishing angels of Tatay Bert, Uncle Santy and Uncle Bruce :) I will miss your kinelao and denogoan, Uncle.
