Rob Howe 1959 - 2023 Palmer Rob Kenneth Howe, age 64, of Clarksville, TN passed away unexpectedly at his home on Tuesday, February 28, 2023. Rob was born January 12, 1959 in Palmer, Massachusetts to the late Kenneth George Howe and Sarah Kenyon Taylor. Rob is survived by his mother and stepfather, Sarah K. Taylor and Nora L. Taylor; daughters, Crystal Lynn Rockwell, Hanna Elizabeth Howe, and Charlott Ann Ray; brothers, Drew Edgar Howe and Tod Justin Howe, sister, Lana Jo (John) Dearborn; along with several grandchildren. A Celebration of Life will held in Rob's honor at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Hannah E. Howe's name to 1510 Madison Street, Clarksville, TN 37040.
