Age 66, on Monday, April 9, 2007, of Baldwin, formerly of Munhall. Beloved husband of 42 years to Carol A. (Kasperowski) Anderson; loving father of Yvonne R. (Robert) Adair and Tracy L. (Ray) Halahurich; proud grand-pap of Kendra and Kiely Adair and Tyler and Raymond Halahurich; devoted son of Helen Mae Anderson; brother of James Anderson, Linda Barker, Nancy Wineland, and the late Russell Anderson; brother-in-law of Jeannette Murr and Anthony Kasperowski. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Employed by U.S. Steel - Irvin Works for 42 years. Friends will be received at the JOHN F. SLATER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227, Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. and Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Prayer on Friday morning at 10:15. Mass of Christian Burial in Holy Angels Church at 11:00. Dear Aunt Carol,
Bryan, Sue, and I will keep you in our prayers and thoughts. We will deeply miss Uncle Bob. May your memories of happier times help you through this stressful time. I took Bryan fishing last spring for the first time and thought of going fishing with you and Uncle Bob at North Park what now seems like an eternity ago. These memories are what makes us who we are today and I'm sure you will remember times that will stay with you forever (just like this one has for me).
