Robert A. Badeaux

Robert A. "Bob" Badeaux Sr. on May 30, 2012 departed this life to be reunited with his wife and the love of his life, the late Anna Mae Tiffany Badeaux. He was born on Jan. 26, 1930 in New Orleans. Son of the late Edward and Francis Badeaux, brother to the late Edward Badeaux Jr. and late Melvin "Corky" Badeaux and Gladys Badeaux Chestant. Father to Robert Badeaux Jr. and Keith Badeaux. Grandfather to Robert Badeaux III, Michelle Badeaux, Keith Badeaux Jr. and Stephanie Badeaux. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Long time employee of the Zetz 7up bottling company and Icon copy services in New Orleans. Long time resident of Meraux, St. Bernard and Carrie MS. Bob was an avid fisherman who enjoyed being on the water at any opportunity. His love for fishing was only equaled by his love to cook and to share his meals with those he loved. A quick wit and sense of humor, he always looked forward to be with friends and family to share a joke, a laugh and a cup of coffee. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation to be held at ST. BERNARD MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Tuesday, June 5th from 11:00AM – 1:00PM, followed by a Funeral Mass beginning at 1:00PM. Burial will follow in St. Bernard Memorial Gardens.
