Robert Bandel Obituary
Professionally, his career was always in the Commercial Insurance Industry, as an agent, broker, and owner of The Bandel Group, Inc. His work ethic and professional integrity were hallmarks of his career, earning him esteem and trust within the industry.
Robert was an active parishioner at St. Columbkille Catholic Church. His faith was an important aspect of his life, providing strength and comfort throughout his years.
He is survived by his wife, Sharon (Kelly); children, Kelly Medley (Scott), Robert (Eileen), Adam (Tammy), and Susanne Wallace (Walter); grandchildren, Taylor, Megan, Jake, Allison, Tyler, William, Ava, Nora, and Sloane; and sister, Barbara Stomber (Richard) and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Edna (Dompke) Bandel, and his brother, Donald.
A Mass of Christian Burial will held at St. Stephen Catholic Church in Lithia, FL, on September 28, 2024, at 10:30 am. A second service and interment will take place at St. Columbkille Catholic Church in Fort Myers, FL on October 18, 2024, at 11:00 am. Robert's life and legacy will be honored and remembered for his kindness, ever-present smile, and sense of humor by all who knew and loved him.
