Hard to believe you have been gone this long and it is a true testament to how the memories keep you alive, your true spirit lives on. Your love of family was matched by our mom, your sister, Doris. To be part of our family was such joy, because that is what you, your siblings and our mom gave us all. You were always there for us, picking us up at the airport, putting us up in your home, making us important to come to Victoria to visit us on a regular basis, goofing around with all of us and our kids, earning the name "Crazy Uncle Bob". You made every event you could, coming out for Shannon's wedding, which meant a lot to her. You made the rounds to pick up all of our kids (Cheryl, Wendy, Gordy and Robbie's grandchildren) to take them out for the day, starting with McDonalds :) Too many to list and we miss you still!

I am so sorry to hear about Uncle Bob's death.I have very fond childhood memories of him, and am very grateful for the time that both your dad and your mom spent with my parents, especially in their later years. I will certainly miss him.

Bob was my first boss at my first job. Really happy and wonderful guy to be around. Great friend to my Grandparents Dorothy and Gerry as well. Thank you for brightening up our lives, Bob!

I met Bob and Agnes through my late wife, Nora, who had a close relationship with the Barber clan. I'll remember Bob for his vast collection of various memorabilia, a great portion of which was related to the Calgary Stampeder football club with whom he had a decades long association. My heartfelt condolences go out to Bob's immediate and extended families during this difficult time.

Goodbye, my dear, sweet Uncle. You will always be in my heart and the memories of you are too many to mention. You were a very important person in our lives, as well as my mom's/your sister, siblings, children and grandchildren. We all loved you immensely. We know you are in a better place, now, with Aunt Agnes! My condolences to our cousins and the rest of the family. Your loving niece, Cheryl (stinky poo) and John.
