My strongest memories of Robert are of his kindness, and his curiosity. At all our Thanksgiving dinners, on the cruise we took together with Evvy, he always brought a warmth and a delight in conversation. Later, when we would visit Evelyn after she was too ill to chat with us anymore, those times when Jeff and I and Amy and Robert all sat with Ev together in the sunroom became lighthearted. The four of us would visit and talk , Robert with his usual focus and engagement, and we could see Ev's eyes light up. It seemed, from her point of view, that she was at another family party, and she seemed content.
One of the last times I saw Robert was during the pandemic lockdown. He and Amy came to our place, and we spent our time in the backyard, enjoying our usual stimulating conversation. Suddenly Robert stopped, and pointed to the southwest, just outside our yard, at our neighbor's black walnut, bare of leaves. "Look" Robert instructed, and with great pleasure noted the dark branches all lacy against the clouds and bright blue of the Fall sky. It was just the moment of awe needed in that time of worry and isolation, and I will always remember it with gratitude. Thanks Robert, for all your kindness.

My heart is heavy, I JUST LEARNED, that our friend Robert is gone. I remember mostly Robert's gentle nature, his giving spirit and he was always ready to smile .The world's darker since his brightness is no longer w/us... R.I.P. Robert

I can still hear Robert´s voice, "Livy!", at our family gatherings. Eyes twinkling and big hug - he elevated us all, and was truly a man of the people. Our hearts are with Amy in mourning Robert´s passing with such great sadness and also celebrating his phenomenal life and all that he brought to our family.

I am sad that Robert has passed from this world, but I am sure that he lives in Heaven all the while being close enough to talk to Amy.

Robert was a true gentleman. He was educated and knowledgeable in many fields, yet completely down to earth. He smiled and laughed. He enjoyed life. He was charming. He practiced his art all his life. And he was wise enough to love and appreciate Amy.

It was a gift to know Robert

I especially remember Robert as a great and loyal friend to my sister. They traveled the world visiting art galleries and listening to music; he was kind to accompany Amy on many, many visits to spend time with Evelyn. We shared many family gatherings with Robert over the years, and he was a fantastic intellectual spirit, always wanting to talk about his interests in Art, Music, Architecture, as well as Politics, Philosophy and Science. I miss his passion and energy.

Robert was kind and generous, always ready to lend a hand. He was patient and loyal. He was funny and loved a good joke. Robert was an intrepid traveler who didn't let the "small stuff" slow him down. He was interested and interesting. He was part of the Tecosky family and I will miss him.
He was a gentle soul and a gentleman. I will miss him

Robert was a wise, sensitive, caring and loyal friend. He was an true intellectual. He could always shed new light on the topics of our conversations over many years. Robert had a deep appreciation of history, art, music, philosophy and architecture. Robert was a working architect up until he died. He always tried to have an optimistic viewpoint and he will be missed by me and my family. RIP Robert
