Bob grew up on a poultry farm, graduated from Kirkwood High School and served 4 years in the United States Air Force stationed at Scott Air Force Base. Upon discharge, he started a family and learned the trade of heating and air conditioning. With his wife Jan, he started Dierberg Service Company. Bob and Jan have always been dedicated church members and spiritual life was definitely a priority. Family life included sports with the kids, camping and boating. In the empty nest years, Bob and Jan enjoyed house boating on the Mississippi. In retirement, Bob had a passion for gardening, bird watching and camping. Bob and Jan kept very busy campground hosting for more than 10 years. Recent years have been full of family, gardening and church activities including men’s bible study.
