Our paths crossed many times over the years starting in Kentucky in the 60's until our brief work together on Russian Civil Society .Always dedicated to making a difference for those left behind and with a sense of humor and an great laugh. His memory will live on in all of us whose lives he touched.

I remember Bob´s big smile. He will be missed by many.
