I was shocked and saddened to hear the news of Robert's death. I am so sorry for your loss. Please extend my sympathy to Kathleen - how hard this must be for her. I will keep you all in my prayers.

Robert will be missed at the Komet games. He was a kind person with a lot of varied interests. As a kid he loved Star Trek, was a basketball manager for HHS, loved his Cadillacs, and treated others well.

Sorry for your loss Kathleen. Bill and I enjoyed the times we spent with you and Bob and the cruise ins and the time we spent at Lima. You and the family are in our prayers.

Sorry to find out about the loss of Bob. His and my paths crossed at Ivy Tech while he was taking a science class I taught. His questions and conversation were welcomed additions to the class. I have had the privilege of teaching many but I am sorry to say only a few make an everlasting impact, and Bob was one of those. Rest in Peace, Robert Tonkel a Teacher and Learner
