Robert Cabello

Robert and I became friends when I came to work at the Dallas Zoo. He was a welcome and genuinely friendly person who supported me through a most difficult time in my life. We remained friends over the years. He was a gifted artist, a photographer who truly loved his work. I am so very sorry to learn of his passing. He always wanted to enjoy a family -- children. I don't know if that ever happened for him in later years, but at the time we worked together, he was a great partner to a woman with sweet children. Highest thoughts to his family and friends.
