Ann and family,

We are so sorry that we have lost our neighbor and friend. For nearly 25 years, Bob (and Ann) have been the best neighbors.

As a new homeowner, with no knowledge of home maintenance, Bob was always there to give me advice, lend me a tool and a helping hand. We will miss our conversations "over the hedge" that were always a welcome break from yard work. Talking about life, politics, cars, whatever the subject, Bob always was always a kind and funny guy, and a master story teller.

He will be missed in the neighborhood and in our hearts.

Anna, Robert, David, and Elaine:
Its difficult to sum up in just a few words what a kind and generous neighbor Bob has been since we bought our home in 2007. Quick to laugh, slow to anger, and kind words for all.

Bob would drop everything to stop over and help with some or another small project here, and we enjoyed marvelous conversations. As a fellow Air Force vet, we shared a common bond.

He served his Republic with pride and dignity, came home, raised a family, became a great neighbor and a good friend. Kate and I will miss him.

For Anna, many say "let me know if you need something". Please, do not hesitate to ask for anything. Know that our love and affection for Bob extends to you and your entire family.

As you remember your beloved one, may our Father the God of peace give you comfort and peace in May God be your strength in this time of sorrow Matthew 5:4 "Happy are those who mourn since they will be comforted."
