Well Mom and Dad, it is time to say my final goodbye to you both. This book will be going offline in a few days. I can't express my love for you two enough and will always miss your smiling faces. Thanks for being my parents, the best in the world. We will see each other again some day and until then lots of love and I know you two will be watching over us. As Uncle Bill would say, stay sweet! Well the house has been sold. Nice to have that out of the way but a little bitter sweet at the same time. Everyone is doing well and we all miss you two very much. Know you are watching over us and feel your presence everyday! Love to heaven from us on earth.

Well here we are in March and spring is here already. I wish you both could have enjoyed the very mild winter we had. The sale of your house is going okay, some bumps but otherwise we close on April 27th. Hate the thought of no more get togethers with you two. We will try to start new traditions but you guys will always be missed. Love you Mom and Dad and miss you bunches!

Hey Mom and Dad! Miss you terribly and am having a bit of a meltdown today. I talk with Uncle Bill a lot now and was just on the phone with him. We had a break in at the house and a lot of my memories of you two were taken away, it makes me really sad. I know I will see you again someday, but I miss you both and love you both so much. Will talk to you again soon.

So Dave and I enjoyed our visit to NC. Everyone was wonderful and we managed to bring a little of you back to your home state. Uncle Bill and I had a slight melt down but we continue to hang on to all of our memories and that makes it a little easier. Love you Mom and Dad and miss you so much! Hugs and Kisses to you!

My thoughts and prayers go out to the Childers family. I have so many fond memories of Robert coming and visiting me at Fitz's. He was my favorite customer, and will forever have his favorite orders etched in my mind. His bright personality could always put a smile on my face. Rudy and I will miss you when we come to Eagan. We are so glad we had a good visit you at the union picnic in Apple Valley last Sept. Childers Family - We are so sorry for the loss of your precious Dad. He was a wonderful man and a very special friend to my family. My daughters spend alot of time while they were growing up at the Station # 1 and had the honor of knowing him for many years. Rick and I will miss our bowling cheerleader on Saturday nights. My heart breaks for your family at this diffcult time! "Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, but love leaves memories no one can steal".

Thank you for sharing your Father with us. He was such a loving man. We enjoyed seeing him every year at the Retiree's Dinner. There were several of us --from the old days - that were on the Fire Auxillary and Bob called us HIS LADIES. He and Pat were such a loving couple and am happy they are now together again. We have so many wonderful memories. He will be missed by all. Riding on Old Jenny Fire Truck in parades was the most wonderful thing. Again thanks for sharing him.

I am so sorry to hear of your fathers
passing. I have lived next door to your dad for the last 5 years. I have never known a more caring man, always very pleasant & thoughtful. He spoke of his children to me often, he was a very proud father & grandfather. I will miss his cheery smile & greetings very much. I could not find a better neighbor.
