Robert Cindric

Robert Cindric, 63, of Slickville, passed away Thursday, March 9, 2023. He was born Nov. 21, 1959, in Westmoreland County, a son of the late George and Margaret (Harding) Cindric. Prior to his retirement, Bob was a laborer in the construction business. Bob was an avid hunter and fisherman. He loved planning and looking forward to his annual fishing trip with his best friend and brother, Ken. Bob and his buddy, Randy, spent lots of days fishing at the pond and on the river. He also enjoyed sitting in the garage drinking a beer with other friends and neighbors. In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by his sister, Margaret Ann Suder; brothers, George (Bo), John and Jim Cindric; and his brothers-in-law, Larry Palmer and Ron Ruhl. Bob will be sadly missed by his sisters, Patricia Bundy, Betsy Lynch, Bertha Dunlap, Eileen Palmer, Mary (Deane) Elwood, Susan (Bill) Steele, Marilyn Ruhl and Kathy Cindric; brothers, Dan (Janet) Cindric and Ken (Denise) Cindric; sister-in-law, Cindy Cindric; and numerous nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday, March 13, 2023, at the VAIA FUNERAL HOME INC., 463 Athena Drive Delmont, 724-468-1177.
