Robert J Cook

Rob, 64, passed away October 19, 2022 after a lengthy battle with COVID, at Baptist Hospital Gulf Breeze. He was born October 16, 1958, on Long Island, New York, the son of Eugene "Gene" Cook and Jane (Donnelly) Cook. Upon graduating from Sewanhaka High School, Class of 1976, Rob received formal training as an electrician where he put his talents to work for several companies, in New York City. Rob later moved to to the sunshine state where he lived in different locations.

Rob briefly worked for Sears working on appliances where he met his current work partner and owner of JEM Air and Appliances, Jerry Mundell. Rob had a special love for many of "man's best friend's" one he spoke about often named "Jake" and of course "Diesel the Corgi". Rob leaves behind many loved family, friends and acquaintances.

The youngest of 7 siblings, he is survived by his brother Michael Cook and wife, Dr Lamb; sister Joan Wrynn and husband Kevin; brother Stephen Cook and wife Linda; Bill Cook and wife Vicki; Jean Cook and partner Linda Germany, Joe Cook and wife Pat; and many nieces and nephews. Future plans for a Celebration of Rob's Life to be determined.
