I still can't believe you are gone. I think of you often and you were the greatest mentor a girl could have asked for as a firefighter recruit. Even after when I would see you, you always made me smile! I know you are an angel watching over us all.

Mark, Rebecca, Robert, Trudy, and family,
Very sorry to hear of your loss. Although I have not seen Bob in quite a while, I have many good memories of him over the years. Especially while working on motorcycles and cars with Mark in the basement in East Bangor.

May God Bless as you seek him for comfort and peace.

Trudy and Davis Family... so saddened to hear of Bob's passing. Knew him well years back when he had the Amoco gas & repair shop in Bangor. He would tune up my '55 for NHRA (legal) drag racing in Allentown, always a winner!
He had the touch, what a friend he was.

Sorry to hear of Bob's passing. I was fire chief in Portland while Bob was chief in East Bangor and worked with Bob at Geo. Kistler in Allentown. I also taught some fire school classes with him at the training center along with several industry sites in the Allentown area. Very knowledgeable individual and he taught me a lot.

To all of Bob's Family,
A man who left his mark on many communities in the surrounding area. He was a number #1 volunteer where he made people feel safer and helped put on the best Fire Co. Carnivals that our town ever has seen! His many years of dedication will never be forgotten. His friendly hello and big smile were with him wherever he went. His life was well lived.
May God be your source of strength and comfort at this sad time and always.

To all of Bob's family,
I am sitting here thinking of all the good times we all had together at the fire company functions and of course the one thing comes to mind when everyone got together and sang EBFCo. theme song,as they all called it, "In heaven there is no Beer" All the guys would break out in the song at the Fire co. parades and parties. I know my Bob and all the EB firemen that are now in heaven greeted Bob with that song!

Those were the good times to remember, as well as all the time Bob dedicated fire fighting and teaching all his students to be the best firefighters ever. That was a true passion of his.
My condolences to Trudy, Bobby Jim, Becky, Mark and his grandchildren I am thinking of you. God Bless and Rest in Peace. I shall miss the pics on facebook, Becky.

Dear Trudy, Becky Bobby Jim, Mark and families. Words can not express the admiration I have for this man. He was my first Fire Chief when I was 14 years old. I have been a Firefighter for over 30 years mainly because of the way he taught us in East Bangor and at Fire School. It amazes me the years Chief dedicated to the community. He will be missed by the thousands of lives he touched.
