I met Bob through mutual friends and was a roommate for a few years. We spent many hours talking about and listening to music. He hired me to work for Flynn Painting and Decorating and I can honestly say it was one of the great adventures of my life. Bob was never boring. We reconnected in recent years and he was the same kind, funny, interesting man I had known years before. As Todd and many of his friends would say, "There goes my inspiration." The man lived a full life. Rest well, Bob, you deserve it.

Always had that smile no matter what. Grateful to have known him. He turned me on to Rolling Rock and the "Lazy Lumpy". I Remember coming back to the van with Bob, 2 lumpy's and dad shaking his head knowing not much work was getting done after lunch.

Bob saw the best in everyone, and wanted the best for everyone. His smile and laughing eyes lit up every room. He had a wicked sense of humor and a quick and wry wit. He knew quality. He had a love and knowledge of music that was unmatched. I´ll never forget seeing The Who with him at the Music Hall. He was a kind, loving man, a dear friend, and as Dylan said, we´ll see him in the stars above. (Sorry, Bob, couldn´t think of a Todd quote!)

To Bob´s family and friends, I feel and understand your deep loss.
One of my fondest memories about Bob was his love of tennis. I met Bob through my brother, Peter, multiple years ago. Bob and I would play tennis after work several times during any given week. Bob tried, with all his efforts, even diving for the ball, to return my lob shot that would land just inside the court. Unfortunately for Bob he wasn´t very successful making the return shot! I agree, Bob was a gentleman and a gentle man. Very kind and loving.
Rest is peace Bob and don´t dive for any lob shots.
