DR. ROBERT BRUCE EDEY

Longtime friend. His first wife, Judy Henderson, RN, was my wife’s classmate. A lot of memories. He was a hard worker and very clever he was a long time friend classmate. Will miss him.

Dear Rickie... We have just learned of Bruce's passing and are sincerely sorry we did not have the chance to 'hug' you in person. Words are insufficient and cannot adequately convey our feelings for you now. First your brother-in-law (dear Officer Ed, who my boys remember with fondness); your legendary Dad/our Uncle; and now your devoted husband! Life seems so unfair at times doesn't it. You will however find much strength as memories surface that will give you reason to go on....and even make you laugh. May God be with you during this difficult time. Bruce is gone now and no one will fill that void but knowing that he suffers no more will bring solace to your day-to-day life. You're a strong woman Rickie....! Sincere condolences too to Bruce's children who must be very proud of their Dad with all of his accomplishments! Hope to see you soon so we can indeed give you a 'hug' in person!

Dr. Edey was a true professional at his
