Dear Sally and family:

What will we do without Bob? He was the best volunteer the Bridgeport Public Library Historical Collections ever had, and the best volunteer for many organzations.

Bob’s hard work on organizing the Locomobile factory collection and his incredible memory for old Bridgeport will be remembered by myself and our staff for years to come. Bob helped us identify many, many photographs and helped me identifying images for both books about Bridgeport. The number of volunteer hours spent here are too many to be counted...

Sally and Family, I am very sorry to hear of your loss. This past summer in Cape Cod my brother Matthew and I had visited with Bob and Sally. I feel priviledged to have had that opportunity. He will be missed.
