Bob Feiber was my real estate mentor back in Chicago in the early eighties. A supreme sense of humor and a knack for unknowing kindness leaves me with fond memories and a true sadness knowing he's gone.

I met Bob at Bonsai Club meetings many years ago. He was always there to lend a hand with the spring and fall shows. If someone needed help unloading their trees, he was there. When we needed someone to work at the sales table, be a greeter, do kitchen clean-up, or any other job, he was there too. We all enjoyed Bob’s company, and will miss him.

Trisha and I met Bob in the S D Bonsai Club, and were immediately captivated by his personality and charm! He was so interesting and willing to share his knowledge and expertise; we counted ourselves lucky to be included in his circle of friends. Bob was always ready with a smile, a funny story, or just a helping hand. He will be sorely missed by not just us, but the whole bonsai club. We were honored to know him.

Like Beverlee Reed, I worked with Bob at the airport on Fridays. We were both about the same age and we both had a good sense of humor. Last year Bob was not feeling well when his son Jonathon came down to race at North Island. I offered to take Bob but he was'nt up to it so I went anyway. I met son Jonathon and had a great time. Bob was my buddy and I'm glad to have shared some of his life with him. My best to his family. Jim Woodward

Bob and I worked as a team for

Travelers Aid at the SD airport

for over five years. We had a

wonderful rapport. His humor

kept me in stitches for many

years. He was not only my "partner

in crime" as we laughingly called ourselves, but a very dear friend as well. He will be sorely missed.
