Sorry to hear about your loss. He was a great teacher and good influence of those he taught. It dampens my heart to hear of these tragedies especially this time of year. Our prayers are with your family. Kris and Nicole (Bade) Huckman

Dear Forbes Family:
My daughter Emily came home two nights ago and said...."Mom...my driver's ed instructor was killed yesterday...I feel so bad...I really liked him!". Just wanted to let you know that for the short time your husband/father was around my daughter this past summer, he really made a great impression. We are thinking of you at this difficult time.

Losing Bob is such a tragedy. Although we had not seen each other in quite a while, I have many fond memories of him and his sometimes goofy sense of humor and his always soft heart. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Donna--Class of '58

When we heard about the tradgedy. We were shocked! We didn't know anything about this until our son came home and told us.
Our hearts go out to the family to the fullest.
The last time we seen Robert was last christmas, he was the one that delivered for the VFW. We wished him a very merry christmas.
Again our deepest sympathies to the falmily.
