Bob was a wonderful colleague and mentor as headmaster of Andrew Warde and Fairfield High School. He was truly dedicated and supportive to the entire teaching/learning process in all areas, but especially in music. He touched the lives of so many people over the years with his knowledge, encouragement, good humor and creativity.
He had a gift for helping others to believe in themselves and to grow through their talents. I will always have fond memories.

I send my deepest sympathies to the Genualdi family. I was a student of Fairfield High School and graduated in 1993. I am fortunate to have to met such a fine gentleman like Mr. Genualdi. He has truly had a lasting impression in all of us.

We are sorry for your loss. Mr. Genualdi was a fine man. My daughter played violin with the GBYS for eight years and that experience was invaluable! Our thoughts and prayers are with the Genualdi family.

Bob you were a good friend and wonderful educational leader. So much is owed to you by the community and all the people you influenced. You will be missed.

It was so sad to read of Bob's passing. I remember him as a fine gentleman and a wonderful eduation leader. He was highly respected by all who new him. My condolences to his wife, Dorothy and his family.

In 36 years in education, I never worked for a better administrator. What you like about Fairfield High school can be traced to Bob's leadership.

Mr. Genualdi will be so missed. He was such a kind man and brought great musical magic to the schools. I'll also fondly remember him as Headmaster of FHS. My heart goes out to Dot and family.
