My sincere condolences to you and your family on the passing of Bob. Like Don Feige, I knew Bob from the time we were in kindergarten together and then through elementary and high school. And I believe we were even at Northwestern University for a short while. I have never met you, but Bob and I first met in Kindergarten in Mt Prospect in 1950. We went through Kindergarten, elementary school, high school, Cub Scouts - Den 6 and Boy Scouts. I had hoped to see him at our 50th High School re-union but he had another event which prohibited him from attending. I spoke with him last year and invited him to come to DC to go sailing with me on the Chesapeake Bay and he invited me and my wife to come out to see him, meet you and see your new life in Virginia. It just did not happen and I am a bit sad that neither of those event happened. I don't think I physically saw him over the past 50 years but I have fond memories of us all growing up in Mt Prospect. Jackie, I am so sorry to see where Bob has passed. I learned so much from him during the seven years that I worked for him. Please know he was one of my mentors and I admired him and Rolly. I lost Bill last year so I know how painful this transition is. Love and blessings to you and family.

Jackie, just read of Bob's death, please know you are in my thoughts and prayers. So many special memories of our time together at St. John's and especially our "Support" group and beach shopping trips to Litchfield.
