Robert Gilbert Obituary
Services are on Tuesday, Aug. 12, 2014, at 11 a.m. at the Mt. Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church, 100 Montgomery St., Newark, N.J. Visitation is Monday, Aug. 11, 2014, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the church. Interment is at Glendale Cemetery, Bloomfield, N.J. Send condolences to www.perryfuneralhome.com.
Robert is survived by two daughters, Elisha Heard (Darren) and Rhonda Patterson (Kenneth); three sons, Robert Gilbert Jr. (Chasity), Marc Gilbert and Kendell Gilbert; two brothers; two sisters; eight grandchildren, and a host of other loving family members and friends.

Fond memories of all my uncles and you especially Uncle Bob, fussing and being VERY protective of me. You've gone on to be with the rest of the family who've gone before you.
