MERRICK, ROBERT H.,
71, of Louisville passed away surrounded by his family on Monday, April 16, 2018.
He was a member of the Sheet Metal Workers Union Local 110 and spent his career in the sheet metal industry serving many years and retiring from Merrick-Kemper.
He was preceded in death by his loving parents, Norman Lee, Sr. and Dolores Bradley Merrick.
He is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Janice Ashley Merrick; son, David R. Merrick; step daughter, Lynne Plappert Naiser (Jeff); brothers, Norman Lee Merrick, Jr. (Joni) and Kenneth E. Merrick (Pat); grandchildren, Becky and Reese Merrick and Dalton and Lucas Naiser; great grandchildren, Dakota and Jasmine; nieces, Michelle Merrick and Tori Vincent; nephew, Patrick Merrick; and four great nieces and nephews.
His funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Fourth Presbyterian Church 3016 Preston Hwy. with burial to follow in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Friday at Embry-Bosse Funeral Home 2723 Preston Hwy.
