Bob being my rockstar and I miss his funny moments

When my Mom first met Bob, I thought she was crazy. I was not ready for the long hair and rocker look. But our families soon became one. Bob was smart. You wanted him on your trivial pursuit team during game night. And he made a lot of delicious food with lots of laughter in the kitchen. One night, a live crab got away and ran u def the washer. It kept peeking out to fight. Bob eventually caught him but not without battle wounds. Bob was caring stepdad. He loved my Dad too, which meant a lot to me. Bob made me a cd when my Dad died of songs that meant something to us back then. He will be greatly missed.

I thought my mom was crazy when she first met Bob. His long hair and rocker look was not something I was used to. But we shared some great times. Bob was there for me throughout high school and beyond, as a Dad to me. He was so smart. You wanted him on your trivial pursuit team. He knew a little about everything, especially music, movies, and sports. Our kitchen always had a lot of laughter, noise, and the best food! I remember one night a live crab got away and ran under the washer. It kept peeking out to fight as Bob tried to catch him. Bob eventually won but not without battle wounds that night. Bob loved me....and he loved my Dad, Howard. When my Dad died in an accident, Bob made me a special CD with meaningful songs. Bob even made the CD for my wedding. He loved and he gave his time and talents for you. I will miss him.

One of my favorite memories is going to Philadelphia with Dad and Diane and I think some others joined us to go the U2 laser music show. Dad had a BALL it was so cool and very fun. I know he was singing his heart out and playing air guitar along. I can close my eyes and see us walking through the streets in the dark on our way a little Rachel bopping with excitement. And from then on an 8 year old little girl LOVED U2 forever because it reminded her of her Daddy. Love you always Dad

My 1st memory of Bob was when my Mom met him at Deptford Day. His long hair threw me off. I am so proud to have had him in my life and my children's lives!!! Definitely one of a kind and missed dearly.

His cooking and loving me unconditionally. He opened my ears up to his rock roll music and played it loud. Loving person he was. You will always be in my heart!
