Robert was such a nice guy and we will miss him. It was great working with him at the VRRI. It was incredible to see such a wonderful tribute to Robert on the news last night. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family and with Gary and Ladonna at this difficult time.

Carl,
Coincidentally, I drove by your old property today on my way to Mom & Dad's place and wondered how you and Robert were doing. I am so sorry for your loss. Robert was a wonderful man with a real zest for life. I'll never forget "You better believe" and how excited (or sad depending on a Stamps win or loss) he was. He was great at keeping in touch with our family. He was especially fond of Shannon! Our deepest condolences go out to you.

Dear Carl,
We are saddened to hear that Robert has passed on and want to send you our deepest sympathy.
For a number of years we would regularly receive calls from Robert but recently we had lost track of him.
He had challenges in his life but loved his Stampeders and all sports and had amazing recall of sports statistics.
We are in Palm Springs and unable to attend the service on Monday but please know that we will be thinking of you.
warmest regards,
Gary and Bonnie Niemi and family
