I used to work for Bob at the newsagents he was a lovely kind man we kept in touch with cards at Christmas .God bless my duck

Robert "Bob" Higham was a bigger than life presence for me. Uncle Bob had amazing adventures around the world and shared many stories with me and my parents. His trips to the U.S. to visit us were full of laughs and unforgettable memories. When we would come back to Banbury, we made sure to spend time together.
He was always kind and open with me. Always taking an interest in what I had going on and what I had to say. The last time I saw him in 2017, we spent a lovely day together touring the Cotswolds. I am so happy my daughter Jacki had the chance to meet him during that visit. They got along so well in the short time they spent together.
Although I am saddened he's gone, his spirit will live on with me and my family.
Rest in Peace, my duck, my dear Uncle Bob.
