ROBERT JOHANNI Obituary
Ocala - Robert Johanni, 82, of Ocala, died at Legacy Hospice House on June 9, 2013.
Bob was born in Baltimore, Maryland and moved with his family to Cleveland, Ohio where he met his wife Johanna Chees Johanni. They were married in 1955.
Mr. Johanni served in the U.S. Army as a mechanic in Germany during the early 50's and, after his honorable discharge, worked with TRW, value division, for 42 years before retiring and moving to Dunnellon and eventually Ocala (Top of the World).
He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers.
Surviving family includes his wife Johanna Johanni; son Jay of San Francisco; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A Memorial Mass, celebrating the life of Robert Johanni, will be celebrated in September, date and time to be determined.
The family prefers, if you wish, memorial contributions to Hospice of Marion County, Legacy House, P.O. Box 4860, Ocala, Florida 34478-4860, in memory of Mr. Johanni.
Funeral arrangements are under the careful direction of the Roberts Funeral Home of Dunnellon.

So sorry to hear that my Uncle Bob passed away. I'll always remember playing cards at this house and the many times we went out on New Years Eve for dinner and a movie, along with Aunt Jo and my parents.
I also have fond memories of going to the car show every year with Uncle Bob and my Dad. Uncle Bob is my Godfather and while I am said at his passing, I know he will be enjoying himself in heaven along with his big brother (my dad Frank) and Oma and Opa. Rest in peace Uncle Bob, I love you!
