Dr. Robert "Bob" Kelly

We would like to express our condolences to Dr. Bob Kelly's family. He took the lead in the Flying Dentists when it was really needed. We appreciated his services to the organization, as well as dentistry as a whole.

Juanita & I would like to express our condolences to Dr. Kelly's family. Bob was a good friend, a long and productive member of the Flying Dentists Assoc. We will miss him!

The Flying Dentists organization appreciates Dr. Bob Kelly's hard work and devotion to the love of flying and the dental profession.
He was a stikler to detail and a
fine person.

Dr. Kelly was my father's dentist and became my dentist too when I moved down to southern California to go to college. He was a wonderful professional, doing everything superbly but always cautiously and conservatively. I continued going to the office even when I moved to LA County and continue going to see his son, Russell, despite the long distance and inconvenience.
My condolences to the family.

Dr. Kelly was my family's dentist for over 30 years. We had great respect for him as a professional and as a human being. We will always remember him for being such an adventurous man. We will always be grateful to Dr. Kelly for advising my son, when he was learning to fly, to always be safe and don't cut corners. We will miss you, Dr. Kelly.

Dr. Kelly was my dentist long ago before I moved to San Clemente. Good dentist, great personality!
We flew together several times: in the Super Cub, and in his Belanca (I was the instructor and he was the student for a flight).
We had lunch together several months ago - I am so glad to have reconnected with him.

To express our most sincere sympathy to Dr. Kelly's family and office staff. He was a great person and the best dentist we ever had.

Though the voice is quiet, the spirit echoes still. And oh what a voice you had. Thank you, and Jana, for opening up your home and family to me, if only for a short time. May this journey lead you back to the the perfect home. I am sure she is waiting.

Dr.Kelly was the most carring and genuine dentist I ever had. As a small child Dr.Kelly helped conquer fear of going dentist. I will miss Him and his stories.

Bob's contributions to his community and those in need were a reflection of his compassion for humanity and servant-leadership character. He led through example, a model for us all to emulate.

Captain Kelly was a wonderful friend. I enjoyed him and his stories and will truly miss him. Where ever he went he blessed people with his graciousness. He was a gift from God to all of us.

I have only heard of Dr. Kelly's heroics through an OC Sheriff chaplain, Kathleen Rutland. What a wonderful and productive life he led.

You exemplified servant leadership Captain Kelly. No fanfare, no credit, just genuine concern for others. You served them well.

Dr. Kelly was such a generous and loving man. He gave 100% in everything he was involved in. He was my only dentist. He told it like it was- he did not "beat around the bush". He will be truly missed. My sympathy goes to his family.

Dr. Kelly was a leader of men. A person who was deeply respected and admired for his lifetime achievements and dedication to his causes. He and his lovely wife, Jana, will be missed, but will always live on our hearts and minds.

Bob Kelly was a wonderful man and an incredible leader. His devotion to the citizens of Orange County is unsurpassed. Bob, you will be missed by all of your family, friends, and colleagues.

I was a patient of D.Kelly for many years.I am truly sorry to hear of his passing.I always had complete confidence in his work and advice.After moving out of the area,I've often had other dentist comment on what great work Dr.Kelly had done me.Thanks again Dr.Kelly
