Robert Benedict Kemmer

My sympathy to Bob's family. I met Bob at the Fort Myer's airport a few years ago - Bob wearing his Packer cap, and I just arriving from Milw for a little vacation. I think Bob was just coming back from a BIG Canadian fishing trip. He was such a lovely man, with a terrific upbeat attitude. Spoke about his Harley, his dog, his fishing trips, his loving wife, his family, and his Gyros friends. He was an inspiration to me, a recent widow. Sharon

I've been Bob and of course Evelyn's neighbor for 24 years. Bob was s warm friendly neighbor, but with quiet reserve. Bob's wit came through to those lucky to be sitting near him around a table when he would lean in and quietly drop a witty comment or wise somewhat sharp comment from years experience. The sharper comments were reserved for boater still learning. Bob was not the type to reach out, but if you had a problem, Bob was offering to help fix it. Salute to Veteran and neighbor who exemplified, 'a good neighbor'.
