As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

Hi Dad, Merry Christmas!!!
I miss you every day, think of you always. And I am glad you are finally resting. You were the original Live Strong, never stopping always figuring out the next thing to improve upon. You gave us a beautiful, rich, funny, adventure-full childhood with loads of memories and balanced it well with work ethic and family respect and responsibility. I will miss your stories and card playing, your love and knowledge of cars. I am grateful and proud to be your little girl and a "Westgate".
Stay with us all and keep speaking to me, I need your guidance and wisdom always.
Love you now and always. Jeanna
P.S. The irony that your obituary is posted on Christmas Day! You are the kid at heart "Joy to the World!!"

My heartfelt sympathies go out to the family and friends during this difficult time. I hope that the promise in 1 Thessalonians 4:14 can bring comfort. Knowing that there is a hope for the ones we have lost in death can be so reassuring.

Merry Christmas Dad, thinking of you today and everyday and missing you, but also real happy you are finally resting and that I did as you asked to take care of our mom.
I spill over with great memories all the time of my childhood; you did that for me and I try and do the same for Joe and Gunnar. Keep talking to me, and guiding me and I will listen. I love you always, Jeanna
