Robert Kolar Obituary
Kolar, Robert Thomas, 84, Clearwater, died Friday, September 26th, 2014 with his loving family by his side. Robert was born in Chicago, Illinois on October 31st, 1929 and proudly went on to serve his country as a member of the United States Coast Guard from 1947-1951.
Shortly after his term with the Coast Guard, he had a long career with Ford Motor Company as a purchasing agent until his retirement. In 1989, he married Blanche Eleanor Kolar, his wife of 22 years.
Robert was preceded in death by his first wife, his daughter, Sandra Golebiewski and his second wife, Blanche Kolar. Robert is survived by his two biological children, Susan Scott and Robert T Kolar Jr. He is also survived by his step-daughter, Brenda Smith and and his four grandchildren, Desiree Collins, Patricia Smith-Lovon and Jonathon Smith. He was granted the special gift of having 7 great-grandchildren with whom he has made a lasting impact on their lives.
