A long time "great" friend.
Jim Downs (Ret. Lt. PPD)

Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal. The members of our CopNET family would like to thank Robert P. Logan for his dedication and service to the citizens of Philadelphia. The passing of Bob will be broadcast to our 3,404 members shortly and we would like to extend our sincere condolences to his family. His absence from our ranks will be deeply missed by the remaining members of Philadelphia's Finest who were fortunate to have served with him during his police career. He will continue in our thoughts and prayers during our remaining days. "Until we meet again, may God Hold you in the palm of his hand. " . . .
Semper Fidelis.

I'll always remember Bob's classic line "what'll you have Pal"? before he served me at the MGT. He was always in a good mood and nothing could remove the smile from his face. He enjoyed the atmosphere and conversations at the MGT. He was the reason why the MGT became popular back in the day. He will be missed by anyone who knew him.

Aunt Eileen and Family, I am so sorry about the loss of Uncle Bob. I have so many memories that he is a part of, but what will always stay with me is spending Christmas morning with him in the basement at your house. Each one of us kids looked forward to our visit with Uncle Bob and this was a tradition that we will deeply miss. I know Uncle Bob is in a better place. Again, I am so sorry for you loss and I am here if you need anything! Love you all!
