Dear Bob: We all know you and Willie were there to welcome our sister and my twin, Maureen into heaven on 6/3/24. Memories of your wonderful smile and sense of humor with our family means Maureen is truly enjoying your company in the clouds above. We miss you and love you, Bob and Willie

Just knowing that Willie and Bob are together in heaven holding hands on the 7 year anniversary of Bob's passing... it provides a smile and peace. Both are truly missed. Love and hugs to all

We still share happy memories of our family get togethers with Bob, Willie and the Lyons family with our own children. Although Bob began his heavenly journey 6 years ago, his smiling face and laughter live on in all of us

The family of Robert J. Lyons Sr. and Robert J. Lyons Jr. thanks you for the touching outpouring of love and support. Your presence at the Memorial Mass and events of that week lifted us up and helped us through. Our hearts will always be heavy with the tremendous loss of these two wonderful men.

Bob: You made my family smile. You, Willie and your family were a gift to us and we can embrace the memories we shared with you. Hold Bobby's hand and make sure when you see our Dad that he owes you one.

I knew Bob as the husband of my FlyBye Red Hat sister, Willie. Bob was always hospitable & light hearted when I visited Willie or stopped to take her with me to Red Hat activities in Poinciana. Bob's presence will be missed by his Solivita friends & his sweetheart, Willie.

I only knew Bob for short while as a golfing buddy with his son Mike. Loved his sense of humor, his stories, and his singing voice. Very glad to have had him in my life even for a brief time.

I knew Bob as young man when he was part of the 5-12 shift in Pawtucket as a switchman. My father , John Maynard, was the floor switchman and on summer evening my brother, Jack, and i would take the bus downtown and visit my father and the crew. They were a wonderful group of men - Walsh, Charland, Warburton and Bob. they would meet at Triggs on Wed. at 8AM to play golf and as Jack and I got older we would sometimes join them at Triggs. We were also members of st. Leo's so as I was in high school and college , I would occasionally meet Bob . He was always friendly, encouraging, and interested in what I was doing. Bob was wonderful person and I will remember him and his family in my prayers and thoughts.

I will always treasure my memories of Bob. From his melodious voice, his wit and wisdom and his smiles and laughter. My fondest memory will be his love and affection for his "Venus." His light and energy will be greatly missed. Singing among the heavens...
