I deeply empathize with your loss, Ann, and the entire family. Bob was truly an extraordinary individual. I am thankful for the moments we've shared, from backyard cookouts to joyful Christmas gatherings, and the memories we've created together. His absence is keenly felt, and you, Ann, remain in my thoughts every day. I appreciate the love you and Bob extended to me, Cadi, and the late Rosina over the years. Though he is no longer with us, his spirit will live on. Bob was not only a loyal friend but also an inspirational father! He embraced life and everyone around him with enthusiasm.

Bob was an amazing leader at CDM. He valued each employee and had a knack for remembering your name even years after meeting him. His passion for engineering was amazing. He defined leadership.

Bob was bigger than life when I watched him as a young engineer. He brought pizazz to the CEO role and seemed to love every minute of it. A role well played, indeed.
