Mr. Millians was a very compassionate and caring person. I worked closely with him for many years as the department secretary at Clarke County Transportation Department. He was very supportive of everyone within the department. I will always cherish my fond memories of him and I am indeed grateful for the opportunity of working with such a caring person.
