Beth, Matt, Mark, Eleanor, and the entire Miner and Ramey family: My prayers reach out to you. This earth has lost a gentle man who was a great husband, father, son, brother, grandfather, and in-law. I know you share a deep faith that will carry you through. Blessings and God be with you all.

Bob is a great guy who I plan to spend time with in eternity. He was one of the best children's teachers in Bible Study Fellowship - dedicated and always coming up with new ideas on how to get difficult passages across to the children in an appropriate manner. He was also very meticulous. I loved staying at Jeremiah Inn cause I could rib him about how clean his baseboards were! Heaven has scored a victory with Bob! Of course - and I mean this - it is hard to find a man of real character without discovering a woman of character encouraging and supporting and exhorting her man to new heights. Beth is that woman! What a great couple! Beth - praying for you kiddo.

Beth, Mark and Matthew:
As we near our retirement and make plans, one of the first trips on our list was to come down and visit. It's been a long time since we've visited. Those years in Seattle with the preschool, Magnolia Pres, kitchen remodel, tax returns, etc. were great years. Will never forget Bob sticking his head out of the sunroof on Broadway (Capital Hill) in the limo.
We were stunned to hear of his passing. Our prayers and thoughts are with you during these very difficult days. I consider Bob to be one of my dearest friends.

In the twelve years we have been visiting the Jeremiah Inn we forged a strong friendship with Bob and Beth. Hearing the sad and shocking news stunned us. Bob was an incredible guy and the more you got to know him the more you came to love and respect him. Strong, generous and wise, he was a modest man who really did care about the people he met. It is very rare to meet someone who was a patently good person all the time. We will never forget him.
We send our love from England to Beth and the family.

Jan and I stayed at the Miners B&B a number of years ago, as a gift from our children. We enjoyed meeting and getting to know them, even though we stayed with them for a very short time. We do extend our sympathies, not with the sadness we would feel for one who did not know the Lord as his savior, but with joy, knowing that he now makes his home in heaven.

When we met the Miners 20 years ago we knew they were a special couple and that we shared our confidence in our Lord to see us through all of life's events. We pray for comfort for the family during this difficult time.

Rondi and I extend our deepest sympathies. Bob was a treasured friend and member of our church. We shared life together as families and in the venture of faith called the Jeremiah Inn. We will pray for comforting grace to the Miners in their loss.
