I saw a red Cardinal twice this week Dad, and I felt you in the way he looked at me through the window. Miss you terribly.

Thought of you all day yesterday Dad. I hope to make you eternal. Hope you are in the company of your parents and all the wonderful family that went before you. Love you.

I give you this one thought to keep-
I am with you still-I do not sleep
I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glints on snow,
I am the sunlight on ripened grain,
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning's hush,
I am the swift, uplifting rush
of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not think of me as gone-
I am with you still-in each new dawn.

Dad, I will forever miss you. We worked hard together to get to the top of mountains, and to face the adversity life put in our pathways. I will be forever in awe of how courageously you battled cancer. It was an honor to be there with all the minutes I was. Forever your oldest namesake (and fellow Patriot's fan). Love, Robin

I visited Robert several times while he was in Hospice and really enjoyed meeting him through his daughter, Robin Montesano. He was pleasant and gracious in conversations and he seemed brave and accepting of his imminent death. Despite the brevity of our time together, I feel that I made a new friend. God bless him and may he find eternal salvation in the presence of Almighty God. Amen
