To my good Friend Bob.... I'm going to miss you terribly buddy. Our annual fishing trips will never be the same without your larger than life laugh and massive bear hugs. Germany! I would never had made it out of that country without you- you know what I'm talking about......Until we see each other - keep the motor running and the bait fresh.

Dr. Moulthrop, I praise and thank our Lord Jesus Christ for you. I am grateful for the wonderful opportunity to have met you. I will soon be 65 years old but I still have to meet a Dentist that could equal your competence, skill, efficiency, professionalism, compassion, honesty, integrity and deep care for your patients. Thank you for being my Dentist and taking care of me, albeit, for just a year. However brief of being your patient, I believe you will always take care of me more so, now, that you are in paradise! i will miss your handshake of taking my hand in both of your hands, your beautiful spirit that shines through your eyes, the warmth of your smile, the reassuring voice and total demeanor, letting me know, that somehow, everything will be all right! You touched my life and healed my spirit! This world is now a colder and a darker place by your untimely passing. We lost a magnificent light in your gentle presence. I lift your loving wife and team mate, Stephanie, Margaret, your devoted mother and your two loving sisters to our Lord JesusChrist for divine peace and comfort. May eternal rest grant unto Dr. Robert Adair Moulthrop II, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May the soul of the faithful departed, Dr. Robert Adair Moulthrop II through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.

Dr. Moulthrop was not only a dentist, but an extraordinary human being. He has been my dentist for the past 16 years. He always greeted me with a warm smile and a hand shake. He always made you feel comfortable and at ease. It always amazed me how he always remembered things we would chat about. He always asked me how dance was going, competitions and then when I started college he always asked me about my classes, life, etc. When I married in 2003 my husband who was deathly afraid of the dentist came to Dr. Moulthrop and was at ease. Dr. B just had a way with people. His bright smile and warm personality made you feel at home. Oh and who could forget those cowboy boots! He saw me pregnant with both my girls and became their dentist too! My girls were never afraid or anything. Dr. Moulthrop you were an amazing man and you were taken far too soon. My family and I are going to miss you more than you'll know. My deepest sympathy goes out to his beautiful wife Stephani who is also an amazing woman. Our prayers, thoughts and love go out to his entire family, staff, friends and patients. You will be greatly missed! We luv ya Dr. Moulthrop <3

Words really aren't sufficient to express the sorrow that our entire family feels at the loss of Dr. Moulthrop. We always knew that we were in the "best of hands" when he was dealing with our dental needs. All four of our adult children are also so sad that he will no longer be in their lives. He was always pleasant, always had a smile on his face, and always laughed at my husband's jokes. He made an impact on our lives and he will be terribly missed.

A tragic loss for his family and our town. Bob Moulthrop was an exceptional human being. A month after my husband and I had our first child, I developed an impacted wisdom tooth. The pain was terrific and I could only take OTC meds as I was nursing and they were not making a dent. I called him at home on the weekend (how many dental patients are given their dentist's home number in case of emergency?!) and he could not have been nicer. Bob explained that he would be happy to meet me at the office as soon as I could get there, but he was in the middle of cleaning his yard and would not be in his usual attire and would that be OK? I almost cried with relief and said he could wear a toga if he liked. My thoughts and prayers are with his loved ones.
