"What heaven brought you and me can not be forgotten"
Forever in my heart Uncle Bob. I will never forget all the good times that our families had together over the years. I think back to my childhood and a lot of my days were spent over your house. You had a big heart and a loud voice that I will never forget. Thank you for the memories. Love you :)

Letter from Heaven
To my dearest family some things I'd like to say
But first of all to let you know that I arrived today,
I'm writing this from Heaven. Here I shall dwell with God above
Here, there's no more tears of sadness. Here is just eternal love.
Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight
Remember that I am with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through
God picked me up and hugged me and He said "I welcome you,
It's good to have you back again,
you were missed while you were gone,
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly, you are part of my plan
There's so much that we have to do to help our mortal man."
God gave me a fist of things that he wished for me to do
And foremost on the list was to watch and care for you
And when you lie in bed at night, the days chores put to flight
God and I are closest to you . . in the middle of the night.
When you think of my life on earth and all those loving years
Because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears
But do not be afraid to cry, it does relieve the pain
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.
1 wish that I could tell you all that God has planned
If I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand
But one thing is for certain though my life on earth is o'er
I'm closer to you now than I ever was before.
There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb
But together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
When you're walking down the street and you've got me on your mind
I'm walking in your footsteps, only half a step behind
And when it's time for you to go . . from that body to be free
Remember you're not going . . you're just coming here to me.
May God always watch over you and your family

Bobbie had become a major asset to the Men and Women of the legion post. Both as a friend and as a cook. Personable beyond belief. To say he was a charismatic was an understatement. He will be missed

My condolences to Janet and all of Bob's family. He always made me laugh. I've been his tax advisor for several years, and always looked foreward to his visits at the office. I will miss bumping in to him at Carver center and chatting about Maine and Janet, and I will miss his horn beeping to give me the high sign. I can't believe he's gone. My heartfelt sympathy goes out to all his family. Maria T Keller Plymouth Ma

My condolences to The Orr Family. Bob was a good person who I knew back in the late 60's and early 70's. He was courageous back then as he helped me save the life of a three year old. His humor and zeal for life was tremendous. I will always remember Rob even though he was four years younger than me for all those things and all the fun we had in the old neighborhood. God Bless you Robert. May the Lord watch over all your family and bless them with peace and love.

My condolences to the Orr family. I was a friend of Bob's although I was a few years older back in the early 70's. I knew his father too. Bob was a fun person to be around back then. In March of 1971, Bob showed me a different side of him. He was only 13 but he showed me how much courage he had for a young man. He raced into a burning house with me behind the St. Charles to find three yearold Adam Sherman. The house was burning pretty good. We knew he was in there as his siter told us. We made our way up to the second floor and could not find him. on our way back down. Bobby was leading, I tripped over a chair and found Adam sitting in it. We couldn't see anything because of the smoke. I grabbed Adam. Bob grabbed my shirt and lead us out the door. Yes the house was small but with the heavey smoke, if it wasn't for Bob, I don't know if we would have gotten out as the oil tank blew when he pulled me out the door. I don't know what happen to the boy we saved and havent seen Bob In years. But because of his unselfishness, nobody was hurt. God Bless you Bob. May God watch over your family. I will always remember you and the laughter we had back when we were young. Cliff
