Bob was a Kind, Warm and Wonderful Friend, my children loved “Mr Bob”, everyone I met who knew Bob loved him. I will miss his warm smile and kind words. But they will always have a place in my Family’s heart, May God Bless you Bob!

There was no better or more loyal friend than Bob. Like many others, what began as a work relationship (ours in the Schaefer Administration) grew into an everlasting friendship. You couldn´t help but love the man. He had a tremendous heart and went about sharing his love and making a difference for family, friends and his fellow citizens in quiet generosity. And oh so incredibly smart and humorous. For those of us privileged to walk beside him as a friend and learn from him about the things in life that really matter, we shall count ourselves lucky and be forever grateful for having had him in our lives. My heart goes out to Susan and the family. May you be comforted, as we all shall be, by memories of the moments, the joy and the laughter we shared with Bob. With deepest condolences. God bless. So sorry to hear about his passing. Our father, the late Russell Insley, thought the world of 'Mr. Bob', as we would call him when he would call the house asking ' Is your daddy home?'. Prayers are with his family.
