What a great and funny man Bob was and the stories he would tell! I met Bob about 4 years ago In New Pal. One day we were talking about horses/ and horse racing and he was telling me that when he was younger he use to haul horses, I told Bob my great grandparent's use to live on a horse farm where my great grandfather use to work as a trainer/farm hand at Two Gates Farm, surprisingly that is the farm he use to frequent with horses. After 70 plus year's he still knew Fred and Vesta's names ( my great grandparent's) Bob said he alway's knew when he got to the farm he would sit and have supper with them, not because he expected it, but because they insisted! Bob was able to introduce my granparent's to me through his stories and memories, and I was able to make copies of the old pictures I had of the Farm and give them to him! It's a small world, and I am Thankful I was able to meet Bob! Rest easy my friend!
