Words cannot express my sorrow for your loss. I hope that you are able to find peace and comfort from the warm, loving memories that you shared together.

I am extremely fortunate to have known Robert. He was smart, funny, talented genuine, and had a big heart. I had some wonderful memories with him and his family. One in particular was the day we went fishing. Needless to say, he made a big impact on me. He will always be remembered. Much love and respect to the Poindexter family.

Robert was charming and mischievous. Every time I met him there was a twinkle in his eye as if he knew the secret the rest of us didn´t. He was
gregarious and bold and I know he will be greatly missed. Carla and Sara you have my deepest sympathy and love.

Robert was sometimes profound, often profane and always a wise friend.

We are lucky to have known him. His art, his love for his beautiful Carla and their family, that swagger, and his heart will not be forgotten!

Robert was a funny, gracious man whom I will remember always. My thoughts are with Carla and Sara.

Robert was a long-term friend a business partner. We´ve known each other for over 25 years. Robert was "Our Captain", rolling in from the east, like the huge force he was. He was funny, sarcastic, and wonderfully talented. He had the greatest sense of humor in the world and the best smile. Most of all Robert was my friend. I will miss you forever, Old Man.
